PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
1.Through the sliding of the front and rear cranes, it can realize the loading and unloading of 20ft or 40ft containers or class containers, with a wide range of application, good versatility, and greatly expand the use of the equipment.
2.Making use of high and low pressure double pumps, and supply oil to the front and rear cranes through the confluence valve. When the crane is in no load, the system pressure is low, the double pump supplies oil under low pressure condition, the system flow is large, the crane speed is fast and high efficiency; when the crane is heavy, the system pressure is high, under the high pressure condition, the system flow is small, the crane speed is slow, and the operation stability is good. The system not only ensures the working efficiency of the crane, but also ensures the stability of the operation, and makes full use of the power of the engine,with good economy.
3.The vehicle is reasonably matched with remote wireless control and load-sensitive valve with valve front pressure compensation function. The remote control operation is safe, comfortable and convenient. The remote control panel and handle are consistent to the movement trend of the machine; the scale control realizes stepless speed regulation, ensure the smooth operation of the whole machine and accurately control the subtle movements.
4. The lifting chain lock mechanism is used for container loading and unloading. During packing operation, the container corner,ensuring the safety of the operation. During transportation, the rotary lock can be automatically locked through the limit device,which removes the repeatability of the operator transport chain and unloading chain, and greatly improves the safety during driving.
