We strive to be a considerate and friendly supplier, never aiming for excessive profits.

Our prices generally remain stable throughout the year. We only adjust our prices in two specific situations:

(1) When the USD to RMB exchange rate varies significantly according to international currency markets.

(2) When manufacturers and factories adjust their machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.

Normally, we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and sometimes D/P (Documents against Payment) terms.

(1) For T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against a copy of the original B/L (Bill of Lading) for long-term cooperating clients.

(2) For L/C terms, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” from an internationally recognized bank. Please seek advice from the individual sales manager you are working with.

Under general circumstances, we can provide immediate delivery of regular machines to our clients within 7 days.

This is possible because we have a variety of resources to check machine availability in stock, both locally and nationwide, and to receive machines in a timely manner. In contrast, manufacturers and factories typically take more than 30 days to produce ordered machines.

We can ship construction machinery using various transportation methods.

(1) For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to all major continents such as Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) / Bulk shipment.

(2) For inland neighboring countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send machines by road or railway.

(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send them by international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.

As a professional and experienced international player, we can handle all Incoterms 2020.

We typically work with common terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.
